Returns & Exchanges

Under Article L. 221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a right of withdrawal which may be exercised, without reason and free of charge, within fourteen (14) business days of delivery of the order, in order to return one or more of the Products ordered and be refunded.

WITHDRAWAL:

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your purchase, by sending an email to info@roomservice.fr and returning the piece in question to Room Service by post to the address below, stating your name and your order number on a separate sheet enclosed with the piece:

RETURN CONDITIONS

The following return conditions must be met without exception:

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with the original packaging intact;
• Items must not have been worn;
• Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt by the Customer.

AFTER-SALES SERVICE - REPAIRS:

Before returning the product, please send an email to info@roomservice.fr with a photograph of the damaged piece and a note on how it was damaged, so that we can assess whether the product can be repaired.

Room Service will issue the refund within fourteen (14) days of the date of receipt of the returned Products, provided that the return conditions have been met and the return of the Products has been validated by Room Service on receipt. The refund covers the amount of the Products including tax. It will be made using the same method of payment as the one used for your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Goods are returned at your own expense and risk (we therefore advise you to declare the value of the goods and to take out insurance covering those risks). We recommend returning them by registered mail, or at the very least by tracked letter or tracked parcel.
