Payment

Room Service accepts the following methods of payment:

- Credit and debit cards

All credit and debit card transactions are processed by the payment provider Adyen, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts bank card details in a secure environment.

Payment can be made with the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment can also be made with the following debit cards: Visa Electron and Maestro (provided that the Customer's card can be used for online purchases).

The Customer acknowledges that supplying their bank card number constitutes authorization to debit their account up to the amount of the Products ordered, all taxes included. The bank card is debited immediately.

The Customer confirms that the credit or debit card used is their own, or that they have been expressly authorized by its owner to use it. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and to authorization by the card issuer.

If the card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Room Service, the order will be cancelled. Room Service cannot be held liable for any charges or penalties that the payment provider may impose in connection with the payment made pursuant to your order.

- Paypal

By choosing the PayPal option, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site: once signed in, they must check the amount shown before clicking on “Pay now”. Once the transaction is complete, the Customer will be redirected to roomservice.fr.

Payment by cheque or money order is not accepted.
